This is a LINEOUT   A LINEOUT is called when the Rugby Ball goes over the sideline.  A QUICK LINEOUT may be taken and a player can throw the ball into himself, as long as the ball travels 5 metres. A LINEOUT is set or established when there are TWO players from each team at the location where the ball is to be thrown in.
