This scholarship is established in memory of Bill, a dedicated electrician, entrepreneur, and community leader. After graduating from SAIT as an electrician, Bill worked throughout Alberta and British Columbia before settling in Enderby in 1966 with his family. Soon after arriving, he and his business partner, Ken Holmes, purchased the electrical company that would become Mountain View Electric. Together, they successfully operated the business for more than 30 years.
Bill and his family became deeply rooted in the Enderby community. Throughout his years, Bill contributed meaningfully to local life, including serving as a trustee for School District 89.
