Changes in Ministry requirements need to be reflected in an updated policy. Policy 4060 Accumulated Operating Surplus (Reserve) will be brought forward to be repealed following the completion of the feedback process outlined in Policy 160 Policy Development. Board Policy 110 Accumulated Operating Surplus received first reading at the November 18, 2025, Regular Board Meeting. The Board invites stakeholders, Rightsholders, partner groups, staff, and members of the public to provide feedback prior to the second and final reading.
