Tyson Henderson Scholarship Fund

Font Size: A+ A- Reset

Tyson (1985 – 2003) was a happy and cheery young man, His family shares that he did not like sadness and he did not like controversy. He was without doubt a “people person” and had the ability, like no one his age, to work a room full of people. He could make anyone’s day better with his smile, his crazy antics, and his quick wit.

Tyson loved sports. He played soccer, hockey, baseball, basketball and, of course, the Henderson favourite,  volleyball. He also loved pool, ping-pong, target practice, horseshoes, hunting and any other game at which he could win. He was a great athlete and played every sport with speed, finesse and cunning. But of all the sports he loved, he most loved playing games with his family.
