Longtime Salmon Arm residents Ralph (Jan. 28, 1923 – June 5, 2017) and Jean Smith, who were married for 64 years, established this scholarship.
Criteria:
To provide a scholarship to a deserving student graduating from any secondary school located within SD83 boundaries who plans to pursue further education/training leading to a career in skilled trades.
