Bus Driver Appreciation Day!

On Wednesday, April 16, 2025, Silver Creek Elementary students honoured their bus drivers in celebration of BC School Bus Driver Appreciation Day. The students thanked bus driver Kerry Aylard by presenting him with two large, hand-made cards signed by the students. Also, the older students baked a fresh batch of cookies for him.

The Association of School Transportation Services of B.C. designates the third Wednesday of April each year as School Bus Driver Appreciation Day. This day is dedicated to recognizing the invaluable contributions of our bus drivers.
