Committee of the Whole meeting on Friday

A School District No. 83 (North Okanagan-Shuswap) Board of Education Committee of the Whole meeting will be taking place Friday, January 28 at 4 p.m. Under discussion will be the Board’s amended annual budget.

The meeting will not be open to observe but will be recorded and posted on the SD83 website. You will find a link posted on the Board of Education drop down menu on the SD83 website (click on Board Committees and then scroll down to Committee of the Whole).

Typically, a Committee of the Whole meeting is open for staff and public to observe. These types of meetings provide the Board of Education an opportunity to discuss an issue before bringing recommendations/motions to a regular Board of Education meeting. The Board’s next regular meeting is on February 15 at 6 p.m. via Teams.
