Committee of the Whole Meeting – May 6, 2025

The 2025-26 Budget will be discussed by trustees at a Committee of the Whole meeting on Tuesday, May 6, 2025, at 5 p.m. at the District Education Support Centre (DESC). Following this meeting, there will be a 30-minute public question and answer period regarding the budget for any members of the public in the attendance. This meeting will not be livestreamed.

Committee of the Whole meetings involve in-depth discussion and information-sharing among trustees without formal motions. Although these meetings are open to the public for observation, there is no opportunity for public input during the meeting itself. To facilitate public engagement on the budget, a separate public session will immediately follow the Committee of the Whole meeting, specifically to address questions and provide clarification about the budget.
