Committee of the Whole

A Committee of the Whole meeting will be taking place Monday, May 4 at 4:30 p.m. Under discussion by the School District No. 83 (North Okanagan Shuswap) Board of Education will be the Long Range Facilities Plan.

With physical distancing measures and the closure of SD83 buildings to everyone but staff, the meeting will not be open to observe but will be recorded and posted on the SD83 website. The day after the meeting you will find a link posted on the SD83 website (www.sd83.bc.ca) under Board of Education (click on Board Committees and then scroll down to Committee of the Whole).

Typically, a Committee of the Whole meeting is open for staff and public to observe. These types of meetings provide the Board of Education an opportunity to discuss an issue before bringing recommendations/motions to a regular Board of Education meeting.
