Early Learning Opportunities

Did you know the school district offers play and learn opportunities for children up to age 5?

This includes:
StrongStart – ongoing free program for parents, caregivers and youngsters (0-5 years old)
Early Learning Fairs – held annually throughout the school district in partnership with community organizations and local early childhood development committees
Ready, Set, Learn – free annual program for families and caregivers with children who are three and four years old
Kindergarten Orientation – annual program
Full Day Kindergarten with Gradual Entry – SD83 offers a high quality play-based full day kindergarten program

There is also a new program in Armstrong at Highland Park Elementary called Just B4. This is a licensed early learning program for 4 year olds entering Kindergarten next September. Check out the info below!
