Flags in SD83 will be flown at half-mast in memory of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II, the longest-serving British monarch and Canadian head of state.
Queen Elizabeth died on Sept. 8, 2022. Following protocols (where possible), school flags will be flown at half-mast until sunset on the day of the memorial service in memory of the Queen.
At age 96, she was the longest reigning British Monarch. She served for 70 years and 214 days.
