Math Problem of the Week -level 5

Here is a one of our problems of the week from Numeracy Co-ordinator Val Edgell, math problem to build a pool with a walkway.  Each week, 5 math problems, of different ability levels, are shared with all schools and teachers.  Give this one a try, it is a great example of how elementary skills (multiplication, area) connect with high school skills (equations, quadratic equations) and real life – building an actual structure. #83learns #sd83schools #numeracy
