August 2023
Tues. 29 – New Student Registration (for any student new to the school district). Please register at your neighbourhood school. New to the North Shuswap area? Please call (250) 804-7829 to register.

September 2023
Mon. 4 – Labour Day (statutory holiday)
Tues. 5 – In Service Day (no school for students – regular work day for all staff)
Wed. 6 – Early Dismissal Day (students dismissed and buses running three hours earlier than usual)
Mon. 18 – Professional Development Day (no school for students – school-based Pro-D day)

October 2023
Mon. 2 – National Day of Truth and Reconciliation (schools closed)
Mon. 9 – Thanksgiving (statutory holiday)
Fri. 20 – Professional Development Day (no school for students – provincial Pro-D day)
Thurs. 26 – Conference Day (Elementary/Middle Only)

November 2023
Fri. 10 – Remembrance Day stat (in lieu)
Fri. 24 – Professional Development Day (no school for students – school-based Pro-D day)

December 2023
Thurs. Dec. 21 – Last Day before Winter Vacation
Winter Vacation – Dec. 22 to Jan. 5, 2024
