Interested students from Shuswap Middle School, Ranchero, and South Canoe took part in a rugby jamboree at Shuswap Middle School on Thursday, June 8.
Jenna Elidoros, who coaches the Jackson and Sullivan rugby teams, commented the jamboree wound up with students playing touch and flag rugby. “This was the most students we’ve had out,” she added. “Each team had 20 players per school from grades 6-8! All of these players will eventually be teammates when they get to high school.”
